The Ottawa Withdrawal Management Centre (OWMC) strives to be an exemplary Level 2 residential withdrawal management service for the residents of the Ottawa region.  The OWMC implements client centred, individualized treatment planning and support, utilizing the full range of provincial assessment tools and assisting withdrawal management through education and support. 

 

The Ottawa Withdrawal Management Centre is comprised of over 20 professional, qualified withdrawal management counsellors, both women and men. Care is offered in English and French. 

 

Clients are treated with respect, dignity and autonomy and with recognition of their individual needs.  Clients are full partners in their care.  Patient safety is a primary consideration for the delivery of care.
